I've primarily been into building Ghostbusters props over on GBFans.com throughout the years. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4218/35677192216_8a5088d41c_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4232/35329845580_22a05ba33e_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4208/35585695771_607d58493e_b.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4006/35329499820_a6468b9215_c.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/VPWVrf]IMG_5332 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr This is was just a test piece to see the quality of the files. So far so good, I think it came out great. I'll be doing the rest of the suit in PLA because it's far less finnicky and easier to print with. This is probably going to be a long project but I'll try to update regularly on my progress. ----------------------------------- RoboWags Thu Sep 01, 2016 6:34 pm ----------------------------------- What model of printer are you using? ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Thu Sep 01, 2016 6:37 pm ----------------------------------- QIDI 3D Printer it's a Makerbot clone but it's a pretty good printer and runs smooth. ----------------------------------- Stan The Man Thu Sep 01, 2016 7:05 pm ----------------------------------- Ambitious effort to make for sure, will enjoy seeing this as it progresses through. ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Thu Sep 01, 2016 7:49 pm ----------------------------------- Thank you. As soon as my material comes in this week I plan to start hitting it hard and hopefully post some good progress results. ----------------------------------- RoboPimp Thu Sep 01, 2016 7:56 pm ----------------------------------- So far so good. I like seeing Robofans think outside the box and find creative solutions to getting a suit. A couple years ago there were very few options but not that technology has evolved so much you can literally print out a Robo suit, which I find to be pretty awesome. Looking forward to seeing the finished product, good luck getting there. ----------------------------------- ChAnOoD Thu Sep 01, 2016 9:48 pm ----------------------------------- Wow, that looks cool! Looking foward for more pics. ----------------------------------- CAIN MKII Fri Sep 02, 2016 1:06 am ----------------------------------- Very impressive job  ----------------------------------- DarthVader1 Tue Sep 06, 2016 12:04 am ----------------------------------- I don't want to be a "party-pooper" on this project... but just an opinion on getting 3D files online; not the best ACCURATE source to make this project. They are taking the files based from the PEPAKURA fiels, which are WAAAAY off from accurate. My opinion is to actually 3D SCAN of an actual suit (by piece), and go from there. I believe that by doing that, it will fix the Hansing suit, and be able to fix EASILY the mistakes made before, including concentrating on the details even better than sculpting and / or reshaping them. Just my 2 cents. #3dscan  ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Thu Sep 08, 2016 2:49 pm ----------------------------------- Thank you guys for the comments, I'm really excited to work on this and hope it's something I could complete in due time. I don't want to be a "party-pooper" on this project... but just an opinion on getting 3D files online; not the best ACCURATE source to make this project. Just my 2 cents. #3dscan  That would be a great idea if those actual resources were available, but unfortunately they are not. All that is available at this point in all actuality is pretty much.....nothing. This project is just a fun personal project and is something I won't even be making molds of. I owned a Hansing suit and that was also very far from accurate but when fixed up a little and with a nice paint job even with the shoddy details it still somewhat looked like a Robocop suit. So although this 3d model is far from perfect in which I agree it really is the only alternative for the moment and will look far better then a Hansing suit when finished. Here is picture of a printed foot before clean up. This is another test piece printed with cheap filament. I'll be reprinting with better quality filament when it comes in. I think is came out pretty good, the details are crisp. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4257/35548460822_af5cc227d7_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4133/35548464312_2c8f2f5a7f_c.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/WaiaX7]IMG_5026 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr ----------------------------------- ChAnOoD Thu Sep 08, 2016 9:19 pm ----------------------------------- Oh, looks nice! ----------------------------------- RoboHell Thu Sep 08, 2016 9:59 pm ----------------------------------- Wow, that's so cool. Here is the foot re-worked a tid bit. I was really testing the waters with this piece, just trying to figure out what method I'm going to use to get the parts somewhat smooth and how well I could work with the PLA to fix slight inaccuracies. I wasn't going for perfection since I'm going to reprint it but with the amount of work I put into the piece, it still came out pretty good. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4126/34876027114_70b87abdaf_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4132/35717328715_47c10e6214_c.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/WqdDsk]IMG_5035 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr ----------------------------------- Stan The Man Sat Sep 10, 2016 5:24 am ----------------------------------- Lookin' fantastic! :) ----------------------------------- gez1967 Sat Sep 10, 2016 6:59 pm ----------------------------------- looks great that.. looks so sharp in details great stuff ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Sun Sep 11, 2016 4:15 pm ----------------------------------- Here's a finished foot, just went ahead and painted it for fun. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4286/35716690255_6ae9acdaca_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4023/35716705775_d3590fc681_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4238/35547863592_288204341e_c.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/Waf6nS]IMG_5368 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr ----------------------------------- ChAnOoD Sun Sep 11, 2016 6:08 pm ----------------------------------- Gorgeous! Then paint with your desired colors and then top with an automotive clear coat. I also use a sculpting epoxy putty to fill in large gaps or holes when need be. Hope that helps. Here are some resources to explore: 3D printed hockey gloves: I was considering ninjaflex but it's not entirely user friendly with personal 3d printers and the print quality isn't that good compared to your standard PLA or ABS that's why I opted out for tryng Flex PLA. Also Ninjaflex is really expensive and considering it's expensive and the print quality would be low since the rubber doesn't pick up the fine details as good as PLA, I decided not to use it or try it. Also the filament is far to glossy for my taste. It might print better with the commercial printers the large companies are using but again that would be too expensive. I'm really trying to make this as budget friendly as possible but still make the suit look great in the end. ----------------------------------- MattgomeryBurns Thu Mar 16, 2017 11:41 pm ----------------------------------- Flex PLA for the gloves was a no-go, it was flexible but not enough to make it wearable. The start up sound at the beginning of the video will also be the start up sound effect of the suit when turned on and the hum will also play in the background while the other sound effects play when walking/turning (Conveying how it was in the film). This is pretty much exactly how it will sound when everything is wire up correctly in the suit except it will be much louder, I'll probably also add a couple more sound fx later like the over the top door opening sounds in the first film etc.... All that you see has already been glued together, but I'm still going to fiberglass the main armor pieces for extra strength/support. Now the real hard work is going to start which is cleaning up, modifying, and making this suit wearable. Suit looks amazing when laid out all together, I think when actually finished it's going to look pretty epic. And I´m curious about how the gloves will turn. One of the minor flaws of the original suit is watching how soft (specially since TVs improved) the original hands could look under some lights. So, while I´m not sure how comfortable these will be, they´d look more metallic. Yeah I know exactly what your saying. Although having them be plastic when finished won't be entirely screen accurate I still think it will look pretty cool. This is pretty much how I'll be doing the gloves, http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=244237 See last post in that thread. That's so awesome to see it all laid out. How many hours do you think it took to print everything? I have no idea, but I could tell you I've been printing almost non-stop for 7 months. There has been a few weeks of setbacks within the timeframe of starting this thread but it still feels like I've been printing non-stop. ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Fri Apr 28, 2017 1:13 am ----------------------------------- Thank you again guys for your support. I went ahead and decided to tackle the left arm. I figured I would take on the hardest part first. This I believed was going to be the hardest part of the suit to modify and straighten out to look a lot more like what you see on screen and I was definitely right. This was a really hard piece to work on, it was missing tons of detail compared to the other parts of the suit. Pretty much all the lines, vents, etc... were just not there. The model had holes in it, jagged lines, bad geometry etc... So I basically de-mantled the whole entire piece once printed and used it as a base to add in all the detail i desired. All the pieces that were removed were built from scratch using styrene. It's still not completely finished, i still need to add in the screw detail, a couple other details, and give it another sanding or two but for the most part I think it looks pretty awesome. Enjoy,..... https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4110/35547900582_bf8603b285_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4278/35547902052_ff97b50154_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4236/35677133856_4fe3e4068c_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4118/35547904962_0cfdb942c3_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4109/35677135616_8561baf911_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4140/35585701101_7fb40693ee_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4235/35329505290_48e23da5e7_z.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/VPWX4y]IMG_6065 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr More to come. I'm doing all the heavy modifications first on every piece of armor, then I'll be fiberglassing everything. After fiberglassing I'll go ahead and do all the major body work, make it wearable and then paint. ----------------------------------- braddock001 Fri Apr 28, 2017 3:56 am ----------------------------------- So this is the way of the world now. Looking great!!! ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Wed May 10, 2017 10:20 pm ----------------------------------- Thank you. Here is another update. Here's the progress of the modifications on the left leg. It needed quite a bit of work. I felt the legs were going to be the next hardest piece to modify so I went ahead and went to work on the left leg. The model was missing quite a bit of details and had a funny big lip on the end of the leg near the knee. I went ahead and removed the lip and rebuilt it to more closely match the screen used leg. It still needs quite a bit of smoothing and body work but the major modifications are done at this point. It also still needs the screw detail added in but I'll probably do all the screw detail last on all the pieces once everything is done. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4259/35547909982_ddfb2c9032_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4038/35677138456_f8ee4a6047_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4258/35677139506_67ff59f1e8_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4031/35547913322_09a020bdef_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4026/35329589310_f9d58d67db_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4150/35329590670_f464aa6e91_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4005/35547920452_3c2eb588b8_z.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/Wafohd]IMG_6085 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr ----------------------------------- Edd 209 Thu May 11, 2017 3:35 am ----------------------------------- This is amazing! ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Thu May 11, 2017 5:29 pm ----------------------------------- Thanks! Your attention to detail is great! Just can't say enough good things about your build! It will be an awesome Robocop suit no doubt!!! ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Wed Jul 12, 2017 3:44 pm ----------------------------------- I went ahead and relinked all the original build photos. Here are some of the recent updates. Quite a few so bear with me.... I know you guys are probably sick of seeing the chest piece by now but I felt compelled to modify one of the details even when I told myself I wasn't going to touch the chest anymore. The chest to me is one of the most important pieces of the suit so I really want it to look as close as possible to the real thing. The valve detail on the lower left on the original file was way too small for my taste so I went ahead and cut it out and rebuilt the whole detail with styrene from scratch. Looks much more screen accurate now. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4232/34907107053_54d6b152ab_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4260/34907107933_6b7688db80_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4283/35585781461_914f6f2a0e_z.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/WdAr3e]IMG_6104 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr Also went ahead and printed the Auto-9, came out great. That's it for now, more to come. ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Wed Jul 12, 2017 3:46 pm ----------------------------------- I pretty much had to scrap Do3d's upper back piece and build my own from scratch using styrene. Reason being is because the original abdomen section is way to small. I'm right around 6ft 185lbs 33 inch waist and it had to be upscaled quite a bit to fit moderately well, I figured this out after printing everything the first time and had to reprint.. After upscaling the back piece, the upper part of it bows out/sticks out too much in the back and won't fit within the chest and back piece armor. I didn't mind building it because now it's more accurate :-). Thought I would share a few photos of the build process and is pretty much what I've been doing with the smaller details I've added or rebuilt. Enjoy. Still have to do body work and smooth everything out but I'm happy the major work is done, https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4284/35585782451_2a66a17efe_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4277/34907110303_acf51c1b06_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4280/35585783841_e0119b71be_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4062/34907111993_c79e94c02c_z.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/VbC5fv]IMG_6136 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr More to come.... ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Wed Jul 12, 2017 3:49 pm ----------------------------------- I also wanted to show how butchered the arm gets before adding in new details to help those who might consider doing these particular modifications. You can kind of see the process on how everything comes together, you might have to fill in a couple small blanks. Extremely tedious and time consuming but well worth the work. Enjoy. Of course it still needs body work but all the major modifications are complete. Most of the missing details were built again with styrene and a couple 3d printed details for the knobs. Here it is first butchered. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4261/35547931982_a0e6cc7def_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4060/34907113013_b7214e3334_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4259/35547933622_b55041e891_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4107/34907113913_45c70f765c_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4242/35547934812_499e891012_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4231/34907115153_8ebc8f8ffa_z.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4064/35547936202_a28babda95_z.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/WafsXL]IMG_6148 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Wed Jul 12, 2017 3:51 pm ----------------------------------- I played around with the gloves today to see how they are going to fit. Overall a pretty good fit. I still have to get some elastic, velcro, and various other things to get them completely attached and functioning properly. Here it is with some progress. I don't have it completely wearable yet so It's kind of loosely fitted on me but it will be pretty easy to sort out and get it working. After looking around I decided to get the same printer. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D8M32LU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It's an excellent printer. I have had much success so far with it and will be taking on a Robosuit soon myself. The price has come down on it quite a bit since I purchased one too! I recommend replacing the nozzles right away with better ones. Also, get one of [url=https://www.amazon.com/ToyBuilder-Labs-Print-Removal-Tool/dp/B00VB1U886/ref=pd_bxgy_328_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00VB1U886&pd_rd_r=7K92DE0RTX9BEPD5MWX0&pd_rd_w=Vlr0E&pd_rd_wg=aee9d&psc=1&refRID=7K92DE0RTX9BEPD5MWX0]these. It will take some time to figure out if you're new to 3d printing as there is quite a learning curve. Fortunately there is plenty of support for this particular printer. Depending on the type of slicing software you end up using (I use Simplify 3d - the BEST IMO - well worth the price) and the type of filament, you will need to tweak the settings until you get it printing just right. Once you do though...oh MAN. I learned how to create 3d models too so now I can make anything that pops into my brain! Its been an amazing experience for me. ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Fri Jul 14, 2017 11:26 pm ----------------------------------- What printer are u using, I'm looking at getting into this, or would you recommend a different one. Thanks The printer I'm using is a Qidi 3D printer and it's an absolute workhorse. I have over 3000 hours on it and it has printed the whole entire Robocop suit. I've had a few troubles with it but it wasn't anything I couldn't easily fix and replace myself. The replacement parts are also extremely cheap. It doesn't have a super large print bed but is good enough size to print some nice pieces. No matter what the bed size you'll have to cut the suit up into multiple pieces to get it to print with decent quality. I would also highly recommend the Creality CR-10 3D printer which is a great price and a great quality printer with probbaly one of the largest bed volumes on the market right now for the price. I also purchased one of those and have heard nothing but great things about it. I know you've done great work in the past Milbo so you shouldn't have too much trouble doing a lot of the detail modifications that are missing and smoothing everything out. But I must warn you....Expect tons and tons and excuse me tons of work :-) Hope that helps. ----------------------------------- milbo Sun Jul 16, 2017 12:03 am ----------------------------------- Brilliant thanks I think it's the future ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Sun Jul 23, 2017 5:48 pm ----------------------------------- I went back to the chest and reworked the vent on the right upper side of the chest. I usually use a product called Magic Sculpt that's you can get on Ebay. It's a two part epoxy sculpting putty that works amazing for filling holes and dries rock hard, it also sands super smooth. I also use it to fix bad details and to resculpt certain areas. It's a sculpting putty because it takes hours to cure, you can use water to smooth out and gives you some pretty good work time. A similar product would be Aves Apoxie Sculpt which I believe is nearly the same product. To fill the striations which I'm assuming you mean print lines. Is I use Duplicolor filler primer, bondo glazing spot putty (the red stuff) and sand, sand, and sand. Rinse and repeat until your desired smoothness. I also use the Magic Sculpt for really rough spots that the above process doesn't work so well on. The original Robocop suit was rough looking and not super smooth so you have some leeway on the body work process. That looks totally baws, man! I agree, not much left really, a bit here and a bit there and some paint errywhere, but man that is great! Well done. ;) ----------------------------------- Zentron Mon Sep 18, 2017 9:06 pm ----------------------------------- If there was a 'jawdrop' smiley, I'd be pasting a ton of them right now, that is looking so bad-arse! +PT for you.... when it re-enables the next time around :robo1: ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Tue Sep 19, 2017 6:29 pm ----------------------------------- Thanks guys really appreciate it! It's not as smooth as it looks in the pics still needs lots of body work and smoothing out. Hoping to have it done by the end of October. ----------------------------------- zach11 Wed Sep 20, 2017 12:56 pm ----------------------------------- Great job on the 3D suit! I have made exrensive modifications over past 10 years w my suit if you need any help. ----------------------------------- milbo Wed Sep 20, 2017 4:44 pm ----------------------------------- Brilliant ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Wed Sep 20, 2017 6:19 pm ----------------------------------- Thank you guys. I've been looking at a lot of Hansing suits that you guys have made wearable. I've noticed on just about every suit that I've seen pictures of that is being worn the inner thigh section is being cut out or this is something Bruce might have done to his casts. I was wondering why this portion was cut out and if it helps with the mobility? https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4393/36538279113_14aeaab0d5_c.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/XELepx]inner thigh by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr On my suit I noticed the ledge thats on the inner thighs is rubbing and pushing the cod/diaper section out quite a bit and it's making my mobility not good. I'm thinking I might also have to cut that section out but wanted to see if not having the ledge is helping you guys walk in this suit? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys. ----------------------------------- zach11 Wed Sep 20, 2017 6:55 pm ----------------------------------- On my Hansing leg, it is not an angle cit but it was knotched out about 1 inch and then goes around inner thigh. No problems w od piece but I now wrar Gez's midsection 1 piece. My suit is comfortable to wear for hours. ----------------------------------- RoboWags Thu Sep 21, 2017 7:14 pm ----------------------------------- WOW! Amazing job! (I have the same Ghostbusters poster hanging in my living room next to my Robocop movie poster) ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Sat Oct 14, 2017 9:27 pm ----------------------------------- Thank you guys once again for all the support. Here is a fully finished 3D printed helmet. I tried to go as Robocop 1 as possible for the paint scheme, I liked the darker gritty lighting of the suit in that film and tried to get what I liked. This is pretty much how the whole suit is going to be painted. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4470/37440374980_5bcf5d5f10_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4477/37665812092_fbd2b678b4_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4505/37665832092_95478daf7e_c.jpghttps://farm5.staticflickr.com/4493/37665793382_94e7753f35_c.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/Zop37J]IMG_6370 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr All comments welcome. Next up to be painted is the arms and chest. ----------------------------------- milbo Sat Oct 14, 2017 9:56 pm ----------------------------------- Put it on, u got it nice and smooth ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Tue Oct 17, 2017 6:45 pm ----------------------------------- Put it on, u got it nice and smooth Thanks Keith. I put it on once but I was really scared to mess up the paint. I don't know how you guys wear these suits without doing damage to the paint and suit. It must be inevitable with so many large pieces. It came out so smooth I'm scared to touch it :-). I'm hoping I find an easier way to wear it. ----------------------------------- Zentron Sun Apr 15, 2018 10:43 am ----------------------------------- Just talking with someone at a local comic convention to me, asking if you would be willing to sell them the file for your helmet, how much would it be if you are? ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Mon Oct 08, 2018 4:55 pm ----------------------------------- After two long years and countless hours of work this project is finally complete. After all the hard work I've strongly decided not to wear it as I fear it will ruin the paint job and possibly damage the integrity of the pieces. I used myself as a mannequin for the pictures but I will definitely be displaying this on a proper mannequin in the future and will take more pics then. These pictures are to give you guys a general idea of the level of detail in the suit. I want to thank first my beautiful wife for being patient with me through this project and being a huge help throughout the whole process, I absolutely could not have done it without her. I also want to thank everyone on here who has supported the projected for the last two years. I also thank DO3D for making these files and giving me a base to work with to make this all possible. Thanks again everyone and enjoy. Well done and props to you sir. Part of me is like 'WTF WHY NOT??!!1?' about not wearing it, but I do agree about wanting to keep it as pristine as possible. That and actually wearing the damn thing is by all accounts a real pain in the ass so I get that. In that regard kind glad I'm a bit short and way too fat to do it, I too would make a display only piece out of it as well if I actually had one. Now as for sweating the details.. something I don't do much but as a fan kinda have to. ;) In this case it's easy since indeed the details are really fucking fantastic. Only thing I can note - Is it just me or do the upper arms seem a bit.. stubby? Though honestly I think that might just be some angles in your pictures more than anything else. Also looks a bit funny without the leg pistons, just sayin'. :b And I guess thats it, heh. Again, excellent job! :) ----------------------------------- Dark_Spidey Tue Oct 09, 2018 4:57 pm ----------------------------------- that's so cool ----------------------------------- pchrisbosh1 Wed Oct 10, 2018 1:29 am ----------------------------------- Fantastic, very crisp and clean work! The camera does fisheye quite a bit on the camera we used to take pictures so the arms do look a little bulkier then they are in certain angles. I think they are a tad larger then the screen pieces but not by much. I wanted to fully attach the piston but was afraid of damaging the feet if they snagged the wrong way from walking. Thank you again glad you liked it. ----------------------------------- Archive Wed Oct 10, 2018 11:43 am ----------------------------------- That looks stunning. It's a shame that, like you said, wearing it would not only be cumbersome, but also potentially damaging for the suit itself. Terrific craftsmanship and dedication all around! ----------------------------------- Robocop_Unit_1983 Sun Jan 27, 2019 12:02 am ----------------------------------- WOW! Kudos bro! I haven't seen this crisp/clean detail go into a Robocop suit since the first film came out, but this one definitely rivals it to the very detail! They are urethane casts and are made for flexible movement. I'll probably be making my suit more wearable in the future and think these will be a great addition. Keith did a great job. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/47122756904_5cd29bee96_c.jpghttps://live.staticflickr.com/65535/40945521633_fee96ce85b_c.jpghttps://live.staticflickr.com/65535/46996160905_60f39b6c75_c.jpg[url=https://flic.kr/p/2eATBji]0522191911 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/156326015@N04/]pchrisbosh1, on Flickr ----------------------------------- Stan The Man Thu May 23, 2019 2:21 am ----------------------------------- So milbo is still around? That's good, seemed like he disappeared for a while there. Good to know he's still also on the ball with his work, stuff still lookin' good! ----------------------------------- milbo Thu May 23, 2019 9:51 pm ----------------------------------- Thanks Chris. I've always been here :D, Chris helped me with my 3d printing as it's all new to me. So I made us some gloves from 3d printed ones. I can make more if anyone interested. I can't post pics but can send in an email. ----------------------------------- RoboWags Fri May 24, 2019 6:50 pm ----------------------------------- Amazing!
