Zentron :
I'd flip it! There's so few of these Taurus's left in such good condition, it should be kept that way and just given that extra shine, then sold on to someone who appreciates the vehicle and will give it a good life use!

What I would say that needs to be done, is to find one, not so pristine, but definitely not a wreck, one that you can bring back and give it a new lease of life, save it from just becoming another hunk of twisted, tangled metal on the scrap heap, by converting it into a Robo1!

I know what you say is true, but I've recently found out that Peter Weller is going to be at a show I'm attending. So now I have to get it done so he can sign it! I just picked up a light bar. Looking forward to it getting here. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make the cage? Also any leads on a CPU? Thanks!

Should check the thread documenting braddock's build (link below) - He outlined his whole deal from start to finish, a lot of good tips and info on there that I think would make about as good a reference as can be found. Wink

EDIT - Seems that unfortunately the images are all dead now.. Bah. Sad Still think there's some good info to be had anyway.

Yeah braddock001. I've watched your video many times. Is your rear cage made out of a dog kennel?

I am the owner of the car that braddock showed on the video, that I've purchased from him a couple of years ago. Still happy with it.

The cage seems to be made out of a shelf grid, cut in the corners to fit the shape of the roof and sides. It's held together by only zip ties at the neck of the head rests.
