Hi All,
I thought i'd show off the robocop slippers i made myself to wear around the house since we're all on lock down. I restored a pair of badly damaged bruce hansing feet and made moulds from them. I made proper resin versions for use with my suit but I thought since I've the moulds I'd make myself a set of covers for my slippers. I cold cast (meaning I used sliver metallic power in the mould) them in urethane (vytaflex 40), 3 layers. Then brushed in a layer of soft expanding foam to thicken them up and help them keep their shape. Then pullled them from the mould and trimmed them before super-gluing them to a cheap pair of slippers. A lot of work but I think it was worth it.

I tried that after a lot of requests but they were working out too expensive for people

Yep, lol. They're such a pain 2 make, I've to use 2 different rubbers, and cold cast the silver into the mould before casting. Then cutting them out takes ages
