These are all great suggestions. The baby food would really fit with the format i think. A combination of various media and a look at the scripts. (Don't think i have the recipe for the rudimentary paste though.  )The Robo chair could work also. As we know, in one animated episode it got stolen so there's content to talk about there.
Episodes about the gun arm and flight pack would no doubt get a lot of hate so not sure if its worth the work.

Now we're cooking. Throw in the upgrades Robo got in Alpha Commando too and you have a full fledged episode. The big ones everybody knows plus the more obscure stuff most people have forgotten. Robo has gotten quite a few little accessories and upgrades over the years, it would be fun to see them all in one place. Don't forget the flightpack and rocket arm from RvT!
