Thanks for your kind words. Hopefully Ill finish this time!
The plan after all parts are built and detailed is to cover the whole suit inside and out with polyurethane resin prior to painting.
As for progress I tried all the pieces on and wasnt happen with some parts...
Ive made the torso about 4cm narrower (shoulder to shoulder) and now the thighs look too large O_o
This is good though as i wasnt 100% happy with them anyway.
I have remeasured my neca model and made new templates for each thigh and duplicated for the other leg too. All parts (3 per thigh x 2 for strength) are cut out ready to be glued together which im hoping i can do later tonight (after some christmas shopping)

Hi
Sorry for the late reply but ive been busy with Christmas preparations (bah humbug!)
Anyways Ive totally started over with the thighs as my old ones although had great detailing, looked a bit odd and very fat.
So out came my 18" neca and my tape measure and I made these three pieces.
They then became each thigh. I then spent time building up the layers to give me something to carve into later.
Below are some pics with me trying them on for size. Please note all parts have just been thrown on for the purpose of gauging proportions (which i think is now spot on )
Now time to detail the adjusted chest, new thighs and shrink the calves a bit to match up with the new thighs
