That pose is lazy as hell. Looks like it should have been a damn float in the macy's thanksgiving day parade. A lot of money spent, and I could make a better pose with an action figure.

I think it looks absolutely terrific. I thought its gonna look great but this is even better than I thought. Great resemblence to Weller and incredible detail. Very, very cool

So it's taken 2 years to get to Detroit, and now it may take up to another whole year before they unveil it? Could this project progress any slower?

Then I would need a helping hand by all that Questions i had to answer, got get a visa ...
Maybe it takes so much time, because Detroit is so in financial trouble.
Think about it. Detroit has not enough money, even to let the lights on at night. 
They sold parts of the city to a big corporation. (They try as farmland - writen in german news)
And which politition would like to say that the city got insolvent? (is this the right word in english?)
Robocop was a dystopie of Detroit, that becomes in many parts reality. (also of inability in Politics and Companys)
And now you wana bring them a statue of robocop... As a politition i would become nightmares at night. XD

Ok so who is going to be first one to get a picture fully suited next to the statue ??
I think it looks great . Despite the pose this is going to be amazing . A 10 FT statue of an amazing suit .. Am glad I am now staying in the USA as visiting this will be a lot easier..
In Scotland we have a huge statue of William Wallace , infact many huge statues of him.. Not Mel Gibson statue but of Wallace lol. Amazing to see and a great tourist attraction.
Am sure the robocop statue will draw a lot of tourists me being one of them.
Okay so who here will be first to pose with the statue ??
