Well, the one with the flight pack is definitely the coolest of the lot, though Robo with the BIIIIG gun is a nice rendition of the scene from page 8 of the old RVT Vol 2 issue! _________________ http://img819.imageshack.us/img819/1060/klfjustifiedancient.png

I like the Flight Pack, it certainly looks better than in Robo 3 and it suits the action more (rather than using it against one APC and a bunch of Splatterpunks).
But my choice is the coloured "gun" picture.

Nash : | Guys what are your thoughts about the covers from issue 3? |
I like the concept of the first one, but the background looks boring and weird. I understand that the focus should be on Robocop & Terminator, but still. It kind of bugs me.
The 2nd one is just awesome, and is my favorite. Everything from the hovercraft, to the city and terminators in the background, to Robo in the flight pack dragging a half destroyed terminator. Even the coloring for this is just great.
The 3rd & 4th are the same, one with and without color. Both very simple but very effective. That gun is just too menacing and downright badass. The color version is much better though in my opinion.
Awesome stuff for sure.

Oh so great cover. I am starting to like the R3 Flight-pack.

This is fucking epic! Look at the thing goin for Robos neck there and him holding it off while bashing that fucker in the chest. This makes me think of what is possible with this idea/franchise of these two worlds coming together.
The way that other stuff is animated angers me. Shit should look more like this, not like a fuckin cartoon. Whoever drew this is passionate and a true artist who wouldn't put out shit work with his name on it. It's the style I like. A good style. Unlike the rest of the half assed stuff.

That cover is really gross. It's funny because Dynamite had some really good covers when they started up, namely on Red Sonja but they've been on the decline for years and this cover looks like something I'd sketch in class, and I can barely draw.

Yeah I'd say that's one of the worst covers I have ever seen. Cool concept I'd say but I don't think the person drawing it has ever seen RoboCop... Ever.

So,
Dynamite is back in it's best times.
Telling us that there will be a paperback with all parts inside coming out, and now I got a mail from Amazon that it is 'on hold'. They don't know if, or when they get some.
Remembers me a little about my try to get 'Omnibus'.
Who wana bet with me if it would come out ever?
The last two Covers looks nice... but the Problem, seams to me, that they can't bring the quality into the panels.
gnar... I need a comic-dealer who has american comics for a affordable price... that's a 'drama baby'
greetings
Selma

Well... we know the books are 99% bound to suck, but I have to give it to Dynamite - atleast ONE of the covers for each issue is AMAZING!!
The head-bashing, the flight-pack, the flames...
Too bad that this is probably what's gonna happen to Voltron as well - kick ass covers (some of which by Alex Ross) and poor art/story inside... but who knows.. _________________ Anything you post can be used against you!
