Hello fellow Robo Members
For many years, I have been visiting this site that's full of awesome collectors and people with amazing craftsmaship skills.
I'm currently restoring a Robocop statue that, I acquired about 5 years ago.
I'm a second generation owner, and according to the previous owner he had this statue in his personal collection for about 8 years or so. He further mentioned that the statue was build using chris hansing robocop molds?????
Upon receiving the statue from him the statue had sustainable damage throughtout the years.
For example paint chips, cracks throughout the fiberglass body, pin-holes, sections of the body that needed to be further dremmel out for further detail and a Robocop head that was un-repairable.
It's a been a year since i've striped the statue down, fixed several cracks and pin-holes and dremmel out extra details to inhance the statue out.
I've also acquired an Anticlaus Robocop helmet........
RIGHT NOW MY FELLOW ROBO-MEMBERS I'M NEED OF SOME HELP.......................
i HAVE Anticlaus helmet and I'm in need a mouth piece that will go along with the helmet I'M ALSO LOOKING FOR A SILICONE NECK-SEAL THAT WILL GO GREAT WITH THE HELMET AND BODY.
ANY.........HELP I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE
Here are some pics.......... of the restoration...

Heres a pic of the Torso & legs, countless hours were spent to repair multiple cracks, pin-holes and areas that needed to be dremel out to inhance the detail of the Robo-Armor.

Originally the gloves of the arm were made off foam/rubber with wire lining running through the fingers of the glove which made the fingers possable in any form. During the restoration, I was unable to save the gloves, the only way to preverve them was to coat the gloves in fiberglass resin, which in result, most of the intricate details of the glove were lost

The forearm pistons/tubes on the right arm were also beyond repair, So i had to improvise and construct a battle damage version of pistons/tubes.

I’ve only seen about 3 or 5 productions statues out there, one in particular was a battle damaged version. I believe these statues were a Bruce Hancing (Spelling) pieces? Spelling had one original molds of the movie suit and used it to sell costumes and possibly produced a few statues? I’m pretty sure someone here must know the true origins of these statues? As you guy’s can see my statue has ethere the same pose or a very similar pose as the battle damage version?
I will be posting some more progress pics of the statue....
Thanks for the feed back guys

Yea, the same kind of stand that the battle damage Robo has on the above pic is the same stand that my statue came with. The statue is pretty heavy it weighs about 75lbs or sligthly more.
