I'm old aswell. There was two another aging games who reminds me of this picture: Cyberia 2 and Megarace 2. Very proud to have been on this age of stone games era.

Here we have Murphy taking one hell fo a beating.
He'll probably have a third armor by the end of the movie.
EDIT: the Black Armor with the red visor, I finally get it, I finally understand the idea behind this choice; you see, guys, this collor scheme is part of the movie's social comentary as well. Because, what other uniform can you think of that's dyed black and has red details on it? This uniform right here:
The idea behind this is that the blue-metallic grey Robocop is still essentially Alex Murphy, he remains in complete control of everything and even tries to escape OminCorp's R&D lab in China. So they capture him, reign him in and reprogram him as the ultimate corporate enforcer, pretty much like the SS were the ultimate political enforcers for the German Nazi party. So the message here is that the military industrial complex are nazis. Not very sublte of Padilha....

At first I wanted to brush this off,But then I thought about it and that's a brilliant observation..I wonder?..Man that's slightly facisnating..
