Already have a few parts collected to start my robo suit including the head arms and upper chest area front and back,
Had offer of most of the foam parts.
No photos to speak as of yet other than the one below as parts have not been shipped out as of yet, they are all in out of mould form so will be good for altering and putting in any missing details from the many hours I have spent watching Robo 1 over and over again.
The only parts I have yet to find are a set of legs and some gloves (which the gloves I am hoping that the chap that was planning to make runs of will be carrying out that project!) 
If anyone knows of anyone with a set or has a set of moulds or is willing have castings made off them please let me know!

Parts arrived a while back and have already started making alterations to the parts to make them more accurate, I guess these moulds have done the rounds but its a good base to start from!
For now, heres a comical photo
and one of my workshop area where I have started gradually cutting out all the vents:

Would anyone be kind enough to measure there upper arms height and width for me please so I can check that the arms are around the right size scale wise, I would appreciate it greatly!
the ones I have are around 14" by 6"

Lots more work to do (especially those damn dogged looking armpits!), but having the pieces match up joints wise is getting there, once im happy everything lines up I will start with the detail!

Looking good so far. And I have to say, that picture of you with the helmet and that crazed smile is awesomely disturbing.. or maybe disturbingly awesome. Either way.

Yup thats right the armour is from the keeper on rpf, its a shame he doesn't have the lower half, im halfway there at least! lol
just started on lining up areas and adding the shoulder details, the bridge i made was to make both sides uniform, its also taller than the stock shoulder areas are so I can spend time getting the height and detail right.

Still a fair amount to do in that area to add other detail but the hump shapes of the shoulders are about there still a bit to thin out on the back hump.
