Ive been busy making lots of new bits to improve my suit. Hope you enjoy my progress.
Brought my self a lathe so first thing was to make new alloy pistons.

Next I started working on a new chin guard as I hate the fibre glass solid one I have. Added a nice shade for my lips lol

Also been making new gloves so made a solid plaster one to carve new details in and make a much user friendly glove got a way to go yet but will get there.

And while doing all that ive also been replacing parts on my Taurus which is slowly taking shape but ive not got any updated pictures of that yet.

Also working on a voice mic that will be hidden to change my voice to sound like early Robocop 1 so I can speak instead of running voice files.
Take it easy all.

Very, very impressed by the upgrades, and also about the car progress.
I have a full-working replica of the OCP Police Cruiser by Braddock001, and I love it... I love to see someone else with the same passion.
BTW, what is the piston process/technique you're doing/using? I love the hole in the "fin" (more accurate than mines). That's a compliment. _________________ - Robert

The pistons are made fully from aluminium. starts as basic bar and lathe the basic shape into that. I then change to a slot cutter and add all the details cut the finand back secton from 3mm alloy and attach it all together. the back that attaches to the calf is also aluminium and same process slot cutting the pattern into.
The only bit im not happy with is I think the fin needs to be a bit more stumpy.
I plan to make 1 set to sell as well.
cheers dave
