Excellent work as always. I am starting my own build, just working out the kinks in the pepakura templates. If you dont mind me asking how did you do the helmet top. Ive been experimenting with heating the foam and forming it over a mould. Again, great work Smile

The helmet isn't foam. It's a clay sculpt (I mentioned in first post) and then molded and casted and then refined by hand sanding/filling /detailing to final look. Then molded and casted again.

AMAZING!!!! Your videos inspired me to get into foam building and its opened up a whole new world of prop possibilities. I'm working on a Robosuit myself and I've also made Star Trek phaser rifles out of foam with GREAT success.
