RoboCop (1987) Foam Cosplay build

[Stealth]

Hey everyone,

I'm just sharing some progress on my personal Robocop Cosplay.
It will be made out of Foam because this will be just for fun.
I have a 3D printed suit In storage and one day I will finish that for display but this one will be for me to wear.

This costume won't be 100% movie accurate because I feel the foam will always look like foam
but it'll still make me happy to have it done to wear at cons and not worry about my resin version getting damaged.

I'm currently working on the Chest and back next.

I've completed the Chest section for the Torso. I'm currently working on the back section details.
After that, I will create a foam neck seal and the lower section that I forgot to do on the helmet.
Once that is all completed, I'll add the lower trim around the chest and back and
then I'll sand the seams/edges to soften them and fill any imperfections with acrylic filler and then
I'll post a video update when that is all done.

RoboCop torso is now wearable.
I couldn’t resist trying on what I had built so far. I also made a neck seal to fill the neck gap. The torso still needs the lower trim and some details on the back. Aside from that, I’m very pleased how this is turning out.
Once I finish the biceps, I'll suit up and do a mobility test of the current parts.

That suit looks great! It's nice to have a wide range of motion to capture those specific Robo moves. Looks like a lot of fun to stomp around in.
