Amazing work. What do you use for the visor part?

Thanks. I used 2mm tinted acrylic. I cut it to size, drill the holes to bolt it in place, then heat it for a couple of minutes in the oven then hold it in place so it forms the shape of the visor.

I also recently made a Cain Robo for a client and had another use my Robo for his bust.

The helmet is still available also if anyone is interested in getting one.

Superb work there & your paint work looks exceptional. Love the cracked glass effect on the R1 battle damaged version!
If I ever have the spare funds to eventually purchase a Robo helmet you will be the first person I contact.

Thank you! I wasn’t sure sure how to do this at first, but just dragging my scalpel over it backwards did the trick

The next year has got to be better! Only the top part I’d wearable at the moment. I need to look at cast in a flexible material for the jaw. I also have partaken in the wearing and quoting from time to time just to see the look on my families face lol!

The battle damaged Helmet looks great. Do you sell the undamaged helmet too? How does the jaw piece hook into the helmet itself? Thanks.

Thanks! Yes, still selling the undamaged helmet, ED209 and Cain damaged helmet. I also have an eye available for the ED209 damaged version. Here's a pic of all the parts of the standard undamaged helmet and the eye.
