I have 3 artificial pieces in my body mostly in my back. Does that mean I am a cyborg? Or just a person with artificial parts?

Yes, by the technical definition you certainly are. People with bionic limbs and such are considered cyborgs, and all real life cyborgs are mostly organic, unlike fictional characters such as our beloved RoboCop.

Generally i believe it needs to be more than having, for example, metal parts like a plate or screws in your skeleton. The criteria is someone that has "restored function or enhanced abilities due to the integration of some artificial component or technology."
The key here being it needs to be some kind of installed technology.
As Robopimp said, bionic limbs that are connected so you can move them yourself means being a cyborg. I suppose a heart pace maker also?

I would like to be more organic, as you mentioned. My artificial parts do have microchips in them and are more "robotic".
